"I will be at the registration table at 8:15 AM. Please find me to collect your t-shirt and to provide your donation money raised. I'll be wearing the shirt and will have our Chick Lit Book Club meet up sign."

Walk for What Matters is sponsored by the United Way of Westchester and Putnam. This is a GREAT way to come together as a group and give back to our community! We are 50+ MEMBERS STRONG and could really use our resources and power together to make a difference in our community.

I've attached FLIERS and sign up sheets to our FILES library - please check them out. If you need me to send them to you, PLEASE EMAIL ME! I want to get at least 20 of us together for this - I know we can do it!!

I am signing us up as a group so we will be walking together - please be sure to wear your "Reading is Sexy" PIN as well! I'll bring extras.

Please print out the Sponsor Form and Collect donations from those you know and can fenaggle money out of! Please be sure to collect the money prior to walk day, I'll be collecting THAT morning. CHECKS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO WLLA. It is tax deductible!

100% of the funds raised goes to the LOCAL CHARITY OF OUR CHOICE!! I've chosen the Westchester Literacy and Learning Alliance - it seemed most appropriate for our purpose (support the love and education in reading). You can check out information on WLLA at http://www.wlla.org/w...

    I'm excited for this Saturday! I sent an e-mail out to my fellow EA co-workers and have raised $60!!! Woohoo!
