Hi Group:
I know some of you are as anxious as me to see New Moon. Let's go together on Sunday, Nov. 22 and see it at Crocker Park at a matinee time (which will be posted in a couple of days). Afterwards, we can walk over to Cheesecake Factory for lunch and discuss Isabel Allende's book House of Spirits. House of Spirits was on the schedule for Nov. 15, but due to having only one confirmed yes, it was rescheduled. Hopefully, we will have good numbers on the 22nd. I miss you all, and I hope to see you in Crocker Park next week!

Hopefully, we will still be having nice weather. We are still reading Wroblewski's The Story of Edgar Sawtelle since most people couldn't get it finished for August. Take this one with you everywhere you go - it's a thick book, but I am looking forward to the discussion. It's also time for our annual bring a friend meetup. See if you can't convince a friend to read this whopper of a novel, and have them attend the meeting with you and join in on the discussion.

Hello everyone. I apologize for the confusion of dates. For whatever reason, the meetup site sometimes makes up its own dates and times and posts it on our calendar if I don't do it quickly enough.
