Welcome, Newark Literary Heroines!

Wish you had a "Jane Austen Book Club" to belong to? Want to meet other like-minded girls in their 20s and 30s who enjoy a good book (fiction, trashy novels, self-help, health/nutrition, sci-fi, Austen...), a cup of coffee and good company?

Then this is THE Book Club for you!

The goal is to gather a small, core group of ladies, ages 20s - 30s, looking for tight-knit camaraderie, a good read, and fun.

We'll select one book and have one "book discussion" meeting per month, and additional book-themed or social events will be planned. No children at meetings / events, please.

This is not one of those "overly serious" book clubs. Yes, we'll read from the literary canon, but we'll also read things that have an "O" sticker on it, or something overly girly and trashy, or a book on wellness. This is definitely a Ladies' Book Club!

Please note that unless otherwise stated, all meetings will be held in the Fremont or Newark area.
