Long Island Book-of-the-Month club for 35+
|
If you love reading and would like a night out with other book lovers why not join us at the Long Island Book-of-the-month club for those 35+. There is nothing better then pulling up a chair with a good cup of coffee or tea with other book enthusiasts to talk about a book. The club will meet once a month during the week at a place where we can relax and have a cup of coffee. Why not drop us a line and let us know what your favorite book is. First meeting will be scheduled either April or beginning of May just waiting on confirmation from 2 places to have this meetup.

Our next meeting:
The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls
I am happy to announce our next meeting has been confirmed by the Book Revue for June 19th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. The book chosen was The Glass Castle. It was nice to meet everyone that attended the last meeting and look forward to our future meetings. We can continue to bring our suggestions to the meets to decide together on future books. I would love to visit the idea of reading some older books as opposed to the newer ones. Read more
