How to Suggest a Topic for Later Events

To suggest a topic:

Go to the "Messages" section, and start a new thread. Start the message in the thread with the URL you are nominating as a topic, but don't expect anybody to read it just on that -- follow up with a paragraph or two about what it is and why you think it's an interesting topic! Then, other people can add replies to your thread seconding the nomination if they think it's a good idea.

Rude, unfriendly, or otherwise undesirable threads will be deleted at the organizer's discretion.
