San Francisco Book and Food Club

Meet kindred book lovers in a local Book Club while sharing home made food. We will start off the book club at our home (Ed and Mary) in Cole Valley.

We can acommodate 12 to 15 people and will break into two groups for the discussion phase if this many people come.

We will do either Pot Lucks or have the food prepared for us, depending on the specific meeting. If it is a Pot Luck, then it is designed to share one of your favorite home made dishes. Imagine sampling 10 different home made dishes during the evening!!

We will have a mix of fiction and non-fiction with a variety of topics. Come join us!

Rules of the Book Club:

No one likes rules, but here are a few to make this a successful meetup:

1) you do not have to have read the entire book to attend

2) if you RSVP YES, and FAIL to show, you will be REMOVED from the meetup, no exceptions (or very few exceptions at any rate)

3) you must give 48 hours notice if you cannot make it and you must change your RSVP to NO

4) MAYBE RSVP's have one week before the event to change their RSVP to YES or NO, before automatically dropped.

5) have fun and make friends and eat up!!...
