Do Travel Writers Go to Hell?

(my friend Al Montero, from Brazil has offered to come help make some authentic Brazilian Food and join in on the conversation. He does visa's to Brazil and has also helped people with tours to Brazil so he is very familiar with the country and sights)

The focus of this meetup will be to talk about our own adventure travel stories and mishaps. We learn much about ourselves when we travel to exotic locations and interact with the locals. Come share your stories plus talk about the experiences of the author in our featured book.

If you want the inside scoop on travel writing, ditching the normal life, backpacking through Brazil, and partying at hostels, this is a good read.

For this event we are going to try something different. I will ask a Brazilian friend or caterer to prepare us a Brazilian dish or two that we can share along with some wine, and Brazilian snacks. If you know of someone who knows Brazilian food, please let me know as variety and options are always good.
