Do you think a woman president would be able to run the country just as well as a man?

I was at my boyfriends parents house and his mother, who is in her 70's, said seriously that women are incapable of running the country because we are too emotional. I personally believe that women could run it better because we are not driven by testosterone and the need to protect territories. That being said what do you think?
