I am rescheduling yet again--I have a terrible cold, have missed work, the weather is terrible, etc. Tentatively, we are back at Smallman Street Deli.

The book is "The Future of the Internet and How to Stop it" by Jonathan Zittrain. This is now out in paperback. The title is something of a misnomer--it is more about the future character of the internet as open but vulnerable versus closed but secure.
