Meet kindred book lovers of the spiritual genre in a local Spiritual Meetup Book Group!
Meetups each month will start with a presentation on the current book selection to give an overview and foster comments, questions and discussions. Each book will be announced at least a month in advance. Bring your insights, feelings and thoughts to expand our roundtable! Those members who have great interest in the current selections but haven't had time to read that month are still encouraged to come, learn and participate in stimulating discussion!
Dr. Wayne Knoll will facilitate monthly meetups. He is a professor at Georgetown University in Modern American Literature with advanced degrees in Philosophy, Theology and Literature. He is known for his smile, warmth and open-mindedness. At GU, he received an award for Faculty Excellence by vote of the senior class for his service to them in the lecture halls and on campus.
