Just in time for the crest of the economic recession, let's read together and discuss a story of two brothers raising themselves after the loss of their parents. Taking place pre-9/11 "Heartbreaking Work" introduces us to Dave Eggers who has gone on to do so much for contemporary literature, as well as reintroduces us to what it is like to struggle for survival and one's own sense of identity.
