for some comprehensive data comparing health care in the u.s. vs. other countries, try this search:
go to www.pnhp.org (physicians for a national health program). on the left is a link titled quote of the day. click on that and a screen pops up with an article entitled "does the u.s. have the best health care?" i found it quite informative and it looks to be fair and balanced, unlike some faux news organizations we're familiar with.
