The April book is not a policy book. It is more of a narrative but is still a non-fiction title. This book recommendation actually comes from one of our former members who has since moved to Texas (thanks Susan!).

    On a different note, I just finished reading Erna Paris's book, The Sun Climbs Slow, about the creation of the International Criminal Court and how it has had difficulty being recognized by the American government, although the same is true for the Chinese, Indian and Russian governments
