Have you read "Pollyanna"?
I've not read it; only seen the Disney movie with Haley Mills, oh so long ago. Though it was onscreen, the character was hugely inspirational for me as a child.
Why do you want to be glad?
I've found myself in a long term relationship with someone who is fairly negative (ack! how did this happen??); I don't want to get mired in that so I've decided to look elsewhere for positivity. This group may be essential :)
