I loved this book. I am a very strong conservative and this book scares the hell out of me because I see it in today's world. Wow!!!

I wouldn't say that this big book is heavy but I do like how it bends light.

I'm political, but don't let it stand in the way of friendships. Fiscally moderate Socially liberal - although less so on the 'entitlement' areas

Independent: fiscally conserv., pro-civil rts for gays, anti-abortion, for 95% free mkt economy w/some govt oversight to deter/detect fraud, for 10% flat tax, oppose any entitlement that would exceed 24 months in an individual's lifetime, not an isolationist (promote/protect democracy/capitalism to thwart creeping, global authoritarian menaces that take people's property and/or their liberty; don't want to wake up to planet that is 90% enslaved to authoritarian regimes 'cause we'd be next).
