Hello fellow book lovers! It was wonderful seeing some new faces at our recent meeting. Welcome to the club and we hope to see you in the future. As always, it was great seeing you 'regulars' as well. We thought we would choose something more contemporary this month. Out with the old and in with the new. So our book choice is Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk. The author of Fight Club brings us this story of a man recounting his life story into a black box recorder as his plane is crashing. Sounds fun doesn't it? I think so too! We will be dining at Sukothai on Main Street in Beacon. Hopefully, they aren't still upset with me! Good luck with your reading and see you in a month.

Looks like April 5th might be a good date for the day trip to the Spotty Dog... more to come later.

Who attended?

    •  An excellent meeting! The book provided great conversation.
    •  Great people + good food= lots of fun!
    •  It was fun, but not as great of a discussion as usual. I don't think the book lent itself well to that.
