We meet on the second Wednesday of every month to discuss books. We recently read and discussed the "The Good Omen". Reading guides for all the books we've read are in the files section of this site. The group is open to reading all type of books -- we are not dedicated to any particular genre. Members can recommend books they'd like the group to read and discuss via the Message board or at our monthly meetings. We choose a book for the subsequent discussion each month. When there is no consensus, the Organizer gets to play Queen for the Day.
There is no rigid format to our discussions, but we do use reading guides (such as those found http://www.readinggroupguides.com/index.asp
) as a starting point for Discussion.
