For this meetup we wanted to read something by a German-language author, and wavered between something new or more of a classic. Finally we settled on Der Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse. It was published in 1928, and is available in English translation. So if you've been meaning to read some Hesse now that you are in Switzerland, go pick it up! Read more
