Our next meeting:
Anne Donovan a the Mitchell
Come and hear popular Glasgow author Anne Donovan read from her new novel 'Being Emily' and talk about her writing. Like her much-loved first novel 'Buddha Da', 'Being Emily' is set in Glasgow and written in the Glasgow idiom. The title comes from the narrator of the story, Fiona, who has decided at an early age to model herself on Emily Bronte!
Copies of the book will be on sale and Anne will be happy to sign them. Read more
