Hi Everyone,

The next meeting will be on Wednesday, April 2nd at 7:30PM. The book is "The Tenderness of Wolves" by Stef Penney. This seems like a very good read! For the discussion, please come up with 2 book club selection questions (not from the back of the book, if provided) and 2 paragraphs/lines, etc. from the book. One being something that you enjoyed and that may have caught your eye and the other being something you didn't care for in the book.

Keith, one of our new members, has graciously offered to hold the meeting at his house. There will be beer and snacks (cheese and crackers, pigs in a blanket, cookies, etc.) at the meeting. If you like, please bring a bottle of soda or a favorite snack (but not required).

Keith lives at 16 White Oak Blvd. in Mechanicsburg. White Oak Blvd. is just off Route 114 (Hogestown Rd.) in Mechanicsburg. It's about 2 miles from the Carlisle Pike, and about 1 mile from Main St. in the town of Mech. If you have any problems finding it, please call Keith at 480-1354. Here is a map you can get directions from:

There will actually be two meetings in April. There will be another meeting on Wednesday, April 30th. We will be reading "The Life of Pi" by Yann Martel.

We will also vote on the book we plan to read at the May meeting. Please bring two suggestions for books you'd like to read. Please try to recommend books that you think would also appeal to the other group members. I know it's not always possible to know what others will enjoy, so just use your judgment. If possible, please print out a synopsis of each book you wish to recommend so that others can read a description of it, and have a better idea of which book they'd like to vote for.

Another thing I ask, just out of courtesy to me, is the $1.00 fee per person. I only ask this because there is a charge for me to organize through the meetup.com site.

Thank you, and I appreciate all the support and I will see you soon!
