Financial Atrium advantages

I liked the idea of that Financial Center downtown, or atrium at 110 Wall street, the flexible seating, a la 'round table' would allow us hard of hearing to hear better.

At Cosmo Cafe, my table could not hear much of what the other end said.

That financial center is very flexible seating, like Citi Center uptown.

So, that is my vote, for the open flexibility of an 'atrium'

ALSO, one can bring whatever one wishes to eat, or NOT... more easily than in restau.
