The Minneapolis Non-fiction Science-y Book Club
|
Start snoozing while reading fiction? Like to dig your teeth into some meaty facts? Have piles of half-read books lying around your house? (wait, that's me...) Join us in the non-fiction science-y club! This started out as a book club, but these days we are actually doing more of reading magazine articles, and discussing them. Or just discussing something that came to mind on the way over to the meeting. If you have a science-related topic you'd like to see discussed, e-mail the organizers and we'll see about getting it on the schedule! We have two Meetups a month on Wednesday evenings. Discussion themes are: (1) a science-y book If you love science-y stuff, we hope to see you there!
