Hi everyone. I'm the mother of young adults. I have recently gone back to school. I'm looking forward to reading and discussing books with you all.
Is there any book or type of book that you hate?

I'm not really a sci-fi fan but have read them in the past.

What is your favorite book/writer?

My favorite book this year was A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. I had enjoyed The Kite Runner but ATSS was even better in my opinion. For me it was much in line with The Red Tent about woman supporting woman.

    April works well for us too. I haven't been to the dog park in Suffern yet, but the one in Ridgewood is great and attracts people from all over, too. Since we will be on daylight savings time next week, are you able to scoot to Rgwd or Suffern with your little one for a short meetup with Bailey and Sir Walter Raleigh after work (on a not-too-cold day)?....
