What do you do professionally?

I teach English.

Do you have a favorite book or author?

I have many "favorites." Some of my favorite contemporary writers include Margaret Atwood, E. Annie Proulx, David Sedaris, and Augusten Burroughs. Other favorites include Charles Dickens, Iris Murdoch, P.D. James, and Tennessee Williams.

What attracted you to this Meet Up?

I would enjoy discussing books and sharing perspectives.
