20ish & 30ish Boston Book Club

From Larry Bradley, author of Neither Liberal Nor Conservative Be.

Like many American voters I'm a dissatisfied customer. The question for the 2008 election is will we choose a candidate based on the media image the he/she projects or a candidate based on objective criteria? Will we take what we're offered or demand what we want

I'm trying to start a national dialogue to solve these problems. I wrote my book to get us talking.

From Andy Shiply, author of The Messenger:

U.S. Senator John Peters vaults to
worldwide fame after his first speech from the Senate floor. Though he speaks in English, he is understood by all who hear it no matter what their language. Some call him a prophet; others, a fraud. Several figures seek to appropriate miracles for their own purposes. Meanwhile two men, completely unknown to each other, reach the same conclusion by sheer coincidence: Peters must die.
