Welcome to the Bay Area Dinner and a Book. I am new mother so I do not want to go far and I will be breastfeeding. So I will be bringing my darling Ava Rose with me to the book discussions in the beginning.
So this group is for people in the Clear Lake/League City/Pearland/Dickinson/Pasadena/Nassau Bay/Seabrook area who are interested in participating in a local book club.
We met every six weeks to two months with a new book selection. The original group was started by Lizzie, Amy Laura, and Kim and was established in November of 2004.
How the group works:
One person picks a topic. Everyone takes a turn to pick a book in that topic. The person who picks the book leads the discussion on the book.
Each person takes turns hosting. The host makes the main course. Everyone else brings a side dish, appetizer, salad, or dessert.
