Book discussion - Atonement

Hi All! Thank you to everyone who attended tonight's bookclub meetup, it was a great discussion! Our core group members are demonstrating a level of dedication and enthusiasm that is impressive and inspiring! Several members volunteered to generate discussion questions and research the author/book - thank you to those who volunteered. In the future, if you volunteer to create discussion questions or research the author/book, please also plan on attending the meeting. Our core members and I will be relying on your attendance to support our lively discussions.

Also, there are a number of members who RSVP'd yes to the meetups (this month and last) who did not show or change their RSVP; this type of behavior is disruptive and negatively affects our group. I am asking all of you to be conscientious of your RSVP for future meetings; if you have RSVP'd yes for a meetup please attend. If your plans change at the last minute and you are no longer able to attend, please put forth the effort change your RSVP.

The meetup RSVPs will now be limited to 15 attendees, only core group members (anyone who attended the January or February discussions) and new members will be added to the attendee list after the 15 spots are full. If members continue to RSVP yes and not show more than twice, may be excused from our group, or there may be a fee charged to attend, which will be reimbursed to those who show.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the March gathering!
