We have a different format: each member chooses from a list of ten books, (scroll down under "what's new" on the welcome page to find a link for the current month's book list) and reads his or her chosen book for the upcoming meeting. When we put together the list, we aim for variety. There's always nonfiction covering diverse fields, and interesting old or new fiction. Each member comes ready to discuss his or choice. No two people read the same book? No problem! Everyone read the same book, or anything in between? No problem!

We're keeping the same booklist for now. I'll update the listing to include a new non-book option (downloadable lecture or talk that has some buzz) for the new and time-pressed as soon as I get a chance to sort through choices.
