The New Review/Novyj Zhurnal and the Brooklyn Public Library present the reading by the New York poets of the Russian Diaspora. The program will feature:

? Iraida Legkaya
? Vladimir Gandelsman
? Ina Bliznetsova
? Andrey Gritsman
? Irina Mashinsky
? Alexander Stessin
? Gregory Starikovsky

The program will be hosted by Serge Hollerbach, a member of the American Academy of Design and a representative of the post-WWII wave of immigration, and Marina Adamovich, Editor-in-Chief of the New Review/Novyj Zhurnal (1942), the oldest Russian émigré literary journal.

Peter von Berg, a stage and movie actor, will read poetry of the ?second wave? (post-WWII wave of Russian immigration) as well as poems by the Nobel Laureate (1987) Joseph Brodsky.

A fragment from the new documentary about Joseph Brodsky will conclude the program.
