Hi Everyone,

This meeting may be held in an outdoor location either at Breakwaters or the park on the waterfront. The final determination will be made a couple of days before the meeting based on projected weather conditions.

    I know that we have contemplated outdoors - but tomorrow is supposed to be in the 90's, with a severe thunderstorm forecast for tomorrow afternoon/early evening. I am also, sadly, contemplating not attending the Michael Pollan talk due to the crowding and heat anticipated in Ira Allen Chapel with the hundreds expected to attend. *sigh* Just tossing that out for general consideration.

    Just to remind folks - Michael Pollan is speaking at UVM this same date - from 5:00 - 7:00 PM (book signing after the talk). So I am wondering if we want to try to allow time for those who would like to do both (the talk and meet with our group)? If the weather is nice and we opt for an outdoor meeting - maybe on the UVM Green since the talk is at the Ira Allen Chapel that night? Just a thought. Do you want to touch base with me Jason - I can give you more details if you'd like? Isis
