books becoming movies

I've been really getting into comparing books to the movies that get adapted from them. Fight Club is probably one of my favorites to date. I'm really excited to see what's done with Memory Keeper's Daughter, I loved that book. Anyone else got some movies via books then love?

Hmmm, Virgin Suicides was pretty decent. I really liked Memory Keeper's Daughter, even with the changes that were made to the story. It wasn't anything terribly detrimental. I though it was very well done.

agreed. the book itself was such a touching story and they really nailed it with the film i feel.
