Do you like high-brow conversation? Then our group is not for you. We are a small, informal, non-fiction book group who meet roughly every couple of weeks and (in theory) discuss one book a month. Although a lot of it is just drinking beer. Non-fiction does in fact cover loads of topics - not just science!!! The Glasgow Sci-Fi Fanclub was set up as a Torchwood Fanclub in April 2009 but has evolved into something much wider. Our interests include Science Fiction, Fantasy and Cult movies, TV shows and books; conventions and role playing games.
