I decided to start this book club to create a group of like minded individuals that enjoy reading about interesting people. We are a relatively new book club for twenty-somethings & thirty-somethings.  We meet in the Book Revue in Huntington each month, and we usually use polls to determine that month's book selection.      

This will be a women's literature reading group. We will go to different literary events around New York. This group is for and about women of all ages. We will pick our books from members suggestions.

There are many conservative authors out there and everyone that is a part of the group enjoys reading books about politics, or at least civics. Most books will be non-fiction although some relevant fiction may be picked.
