There are Mommy groups and Daddy groups. But we'd like to meet other like-minded families! This group gives families the opportunity to spend time together while also meeting new friends for ALL the family members! Any families with young children who enjoy playing at the park, going to movies, playing video games, reading books, camping . . . well, doing anything together as a family . . . should join!

I started this group because I only recently learned that it's OK to be an introvert. Up to one half of us are, and it's a perfectly natural and valuable personality type. That may not be news to everyone, but it came as a revelation for me. Introverts are not antisocial, but we are differently social. Do you prefer a relaxed atmosphere over a noisy, raucous one; coffee shops over bars and clubs? Do you dislike small talk, but enjoy substantive conversations? Would you choose a museum over a spo …
