Our ladies-only book club started year ten together in Oct, 2012.  That is > 100 book shared.  Meetings are filled with lively conversation and fun related to the book themes. At every meeting, we tie in food or an activity. This is Book Club for those who have a passion for reading. We will select books that are simply so good you have to talk about it ! If you have a book you have read and you want to swap with someone that would be great too. If you have not yet read the book but have heard about it. We will read our fav parts and hopefully motivate you. Men and women ages 18 and up are welcome.

This is a monthly book club that will meet on the last Monday (evening) of the month & discuss the books that were read. The meet up place can change from coffee shops to personal homes, where ever the wind takes us on the north side. A new book will be decided after every meet up based on participant votes. I love to read and would love to belong to a book club. I live in Hyde Park and would like to form a group with people that live in the same general area. We could get together once a month (or every other month) to discuss a chosen book and enjoy each other's company. This is a book club dedicated to exploring great writings about the environment. We will discuss both the great past works and their influence on society as well as explore the pioneering notions and ideas found in the present literature.  Field trips, lectures and other activities will supplement the reading (or provide a way for our fellow Naturalist Book Lovers to get to know each other better).
