Girlfriends Book Club (GBC) is not only a book club but a sorority of some sort. Founded in 2004, Girlfriends Book Club has branched out to form a total of 3 chapters, including the Raleigh chapter. Not only do our members have a passion for reading, but they also have a place in their heart for volunteer activities, fundraisers and Black History awareness.

This group is seeking intelligent, open-minded bibliophiles in their late 20s to early 40s who are looking to expand their literary and social horizons.
