So take a break from your jobs, leave the family at home, and come join a great group of women once a month for some (hopefully intellectual) conversation and fun!

I organized the same group in NYC and now that I have hit the Big D I decided to try the same here. Every month members will nominate books for our monthly dinner that we will vote on. Once the book is selected I will secure reservations at a hot restaurant (think Nobu, Abacus, Tei Tei, Marquee Grill...) and we will get to …

Novel Ideas is a book club that doesn't usually go for the typical book selections. We read whatever anyone in the group suggests so it ends up being a varied set of choices. We meet every two weeks. You are welcome to come to meetings even if you didn't read the book as the purpose is to make new friends and meet people, not just to talk about a book. It is a very welcoming group so don't be afraid to join us.
