Hello all! We would like to welcome you to our 30-somethings book club for all you guys and gals in your 30's looking for fellow book lovers and some great conversation! This group is for anyone in their 30's who have a passion for reading a variety of literature genres and sharing the experience among friends.

This will be a group that is open to all people of all faiths that want to study a book of an ministry to gang members in Los Angeles. All people are welcome to listen and then discuss what we have heard as it is part of our faith today and in the world at the time of the writing. We are an LGBT friendly community, a multi-cultural and racial community. We are looking at exploring this book, Tattoos on the Heart with our neighbors.

This is a support group for women interested in finding the underlying reasons for using excess food. There are no "diets" in this book.  Instead we focus on what is really going on when we go to excess food and what are the reasons behind that automatic behavior.
